Zambia's farmers, organised into one Association.
Farmers Links Association of Zambia is a not-for-profit body with legal standing of its own — one that carries on as members come and go, holding a single register of farmers drawn from all ten Provinces.
To promote solidarity and partnership between organizations in Zambia specifically, and Africa in general.

A not-for-profit Association working across Zambia to represent farmers and help their farms and businesses grow — through training, technical advice, help reaching markets, better ways of producing, and the practical support members need.

Who runs the Association
An elected Executive Committee, serving a four-year term under the constitution, leads the Association alongside an appointed management team that runs the National Office day to day.

The Chief Executive Officer, appointed by the Board, runs the National Office — supported by the operating and liaison team that keeps the Association working across the Provinces.

From the National Office to the farming camp
The National Executive Committee, headed by the President, sets direction for the whole Association. The Chief Executive Officer appointed by the Board runs the National Office, working through Provincial Coordinators employed in each of the ten Provinces, and District Officers beneath them.
At provincial level, structure runs from Farmer Zone Leaders and Camp Coordinators through to the District Coordinator and, above them, the Provincial Coordinator — so every member has an office-bearer close enough to actually reach.
